Unlike many genealogy sites today we welcome feedback, error notices, & submitted data (we post your data/pics on our site for you). Top that off with 100% free services that are ad free! What's the catch? We encourage fellow genealogists to help one another. One hand does really wash the other.
Most Frequently Emailed Questions
1. Hey, you misspelled my ancestor's name!
At one time spelling was trivial. People even spelled their own name differently. Therefore- there is no TRUE single spelling for any one name, person, or family. We may consider adding your variation but we will not correct it.
2. You Information Is Wrong.
This may be true, but we will NOT change data on our site unless DAR quality sources are provided.
3. Can I contribute?
We gladly accept properly sources data & photos for our site. You must declare it has no 3rd party copyright.
4. Why haven't I heard back from you?
Be sure we weren't tagged as Spam & resend your request.* If you still cannot reach us consider using our snail mail. Please be sure to include a self addressed & stamped envelope with snail mail requests.
